Last night, we were deeply honored to witness a moment that will echo for years to come — the world premiere of Follow the Silenced, the Santa Monica Film Festival's award-winning film by Brett Weinstein, Mikki Willis, TFVC, and React19.

This was more than a screening. It was a reckoning. A homecoming. A sacred circle of truth.

Follow the Silenced brings light to a group of individuals whose stories have too often been buried — the early volunteers of the Covid-19 vaccine trials who, after suffering life-altering injuries, were left without support, recognition, or remedy. These brave souls were among the first to step forward, trusting the promise of science and the hope of helping others. What they didn’t expect was silence.

But last night, the silence broke.

This film doesn’t ask us to choose sides. It asks us to open our hearts. To bear witness. To listen without judgment. To let compassion rise above controversy.

In a time when division often overshadows dignity, Follow the Silenced is a reminder that truth is not a weapon — it is a bridge. And healing begins when we truly see one another.
